These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and Hot Seven Time developed by SEWERBY STORES LTD game ("we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the Hot Seven Time mobile application (the "App"). By downloading, installing, or using the App you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. License to Use
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App on a device that you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial use and subject to these Terms. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
2. What the App Is — and Isn't
The App is a scoring and organizing utility for classic card games. It provides tournament brackets, per-game scoreboards, decision wheels, a rules library, player roster, history, and tips. It is not a gambling platform. It does not handle real money, wagers, pots, chip counts, buy-ins, or any form of cash transaction. Texas Hold'em scoring in the App is strictly elimination-position (finishing order only). You may not use the App to facilitate real-money gambling.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any local, national, or international law.
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App, except to the extent expressly permitted by applicable law.
- Modify, adapt, or hack the App or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of it.
- Use the App to distribute malware, spam, or harmful content.
- Interfere with or disrupt the App or the servers and networks connected to it.
- Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the App.
4. Your Content
The App stores player names, tournament names, match results, wheel configurations, and notes locally on your device. You retain full ownership of and responsibility for that content. You are solely responsible for backing it up and for any consequences of its loss.
5. Intellectual Property
All rights, title, and interest in and to the App — including all software, artwork, icons, visual designs, illustrations, text, trademarks, and trade dress — are and will remain the exclusive property of Hot Seven Time developed by SEWERBY STORES LTD game and its licensors. The names of individual card games are used descriptively and remain the property of their respective owners or the public domain as applicable.
6. Updates & Changes
We may release updates, improvements, or new versions of the App from time to time. Some updates may change, add, or remove features. Your continued use of the App after an update constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms, if any. We may also discontinue the App, any feature, or any service at our discretion.
7. Disclaimers
The App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Game rules in the App are provided for convenience; official rule sources or house rules should govern any dispute.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hot Seven Time developed by SEWERBY STORES LTD game will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, data, or goodwill — arising out of or related to your use of the App, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the App will not exceed the amount you paid, if any, to access the App during the twelve months preceding the claim.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Hot Seven Time developed by SEWERBY STORES LTD game and its affiliates from any claim, damage, loss, liability, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your use of the App, your content, or your violation of these Terms.
10. Third-Party Services
The App may integrate with or link to third-party services (for example, Google Play, Firebase Cloud Messaging, and analytics providers). Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies, which we do not control.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your license to use the App at any time without notice if you violate these Terms. You may terminate at any time by uninstalling the App. Sections 4–12 survive termination.
12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms will be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Hot Seven Time developed by SEWERBY STORES LTD game is domiciled, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of these Terms or the App will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by applicable mandatory law.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. The "effective" date above reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be communicated through an in-app notice or an update announcement.
